T often has "ken/troll doll" nudity (I never do sexualized nudity, nor do I draw the parts), somewhat heavy themes, or slight blood rarely.

M has more violent injuries (Not very realistic, just more blood and maybe a hole) sometimes and the themes are a lot heavier and existential there.
